ElevenLabs Agents cost $0.08 a minute of call, with speech-to-text, text-to-speech and telephony included and the language model billed on top at the provider's token price. The plans include 15 to 12,375 minutes a month, and each works out to $0.08 a minute, the same as an extra minute: a plan buys concurrent calls, not cheaper minutes. Your phone carrier bills its own rate.

What ElevenLabs bills, and what it doesn't
- Agents are billed by the call minute, not from the shared credit pool: $0.08 a minute beyond each plan's included minutes, with speech-to-text, text-to-speech and telephony included.
- The language model is billed on top at the provider's published token price, with no markup.
- ElevenLabs adds no telephony fee; if you connect Twilio or a SIP trunk, that provider bills you for the carrier side.
- Burst pricing lets agents go up to 3 times over the plan's concurrency limit, with the extra calls at $0.16 a minute, double the standard rate.
- Text messages cost $0.003 each.
- ElevenLabs' docs say periods of silence, when model inference is reduced, are billed at 5% of the usual per-minute rate.
